Job Description

 


Position:  Sales Assistant Manager

Reporting to: Sales Director

Location: Cerritos Office                                           

Status: Non-exempt

 


Responsibilities:

 


- D/R Processing

- CCS Data Management

- Trouble shooting in Delivery Issues

- PSI Management

- Sales Planning & Report

- Hub Inventory Control

- Comply with the company’s policy and procedure

- Other duties as assigned.

 


Principle Duties and Responsibilities and Approximate % of Time Spent On Each:

 


- D/R Processing (30%)

- CCS Data Management   (25 %)

- Daily trouble shooting in Delivery & Sales related issues (25%)

- Sales Planning & report (15%)

- Other given tasks (5%)

 


Requirements:

 


- Job experience in Sales & Logistics side preferred.

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration preferred

- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as familiarity with Oracle

- Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills

- Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task

- Ability to schedule and keep items of the office and duties prioritized

- Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic

- Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus
