Location: San Diego, CA                                                                 

Full time/ Part time:  Full time

Office Job/ Field Job: Office Job

Responsibility:

- Field Quality Monitoring

- Field Quality Data / Issue Analysis
- Customer Support on Field Quality Issue

- Customer Satisfaction Index Management.(Survey, Interview, etc.)

- Comply with the Company’s policy and procedures.

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- B.S or B.A Degree or equivalent experience

- Service & Support experience a plus

- Strong Computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP)

- Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus

- Ability to work a flexible work schedule as business dictates

- Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic
