Franklin Wireless (www.franklinwireless.com ) is now looking for a Program Manager to be based in our headquarters located in San Diego.

Responsibilities

-          Develop and maintain good working relationship with carrier customers

-          Work closely with carrier customers to ensure their requirements and specifications are understood and met.

-          Coordinate and collaborate with engineering to ensure all customer’s requirements and specifications are understood.

-          Coordinate with carriers and testing houses to take Franklin’s products successfully through certification and acceptance process.

-          Coordinate with and provide support to Sales and Marketing to ensure successful product launch.

-          Assist sales and marketing team in product presentation, customer training and after-sales services.

-          Support Q/A and field testing of products and working with our manufacturer to ensure quality of our products

-          Prepare and present product presentation to prospective customer   

Qualifications

-          Minimum 2 plus years of Program Management experience

-          Background in some form of an engineering background ideally in wireless

-          This person will be well versed in the dealing with System and Software Engineers

-          Good command of English communication and writing skills

-          Ability to travel
