Job Description

 

Position:  TV Customer Service Engineer

Reporting to: TV Customer Service Sr. Manager

Location: San Diego, CA                                                       

Status: Non-exempt

 

Responsibility:

· Quick actions for quality issues.

· Gathering customer line return defect rate.

· Driving related department to take improvement actions.

· Regular quality meeting with customers.

· Problem solving ability, Panel technologies and statistical knowledge needed.

· Comply with the Company’s policy and procedures

· Other duties as assigned

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities and Approximate % of Time Spent On Each:

· Discussion with customer for quality issue and solution                                          25%

· Data gathering (Customer line return rate, Competitor’s trend and Quality issue)    20%

· Data analysis and reporting                                                                                   20%

· Check , verify quality issues and take quick actions                                               15%

· Regular internal meeting with related department                                                   10%

· Other task                                                                                                           10%

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration preferred

- Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiar with using Oracle

- Good communication skill

- Self-motivated, well organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task

- Ability to prioritize in scheduled task

- Organizational skill, Leadership, Energetic

- Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus
