Job Description
Position: Logistics & GA Assistant
Reporting to: Operations/Logistics Senior Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Status: Non-exempt
Responsibilities:
a) Logistics Operator
- Manage shipments for customers effectively and process Delivery Request
- Monitor in-transit shipments schedule for Sales Team and provide in-transit lists on daily basis
- Check released shipments delivery status and request required documents to forwarders
- Check Delivery Order information and process receiving, packing, shipping
- Confirm Receiving, Packing, Shipping in process in ERP system
- Logistics’ costs management
- Old and damaged inventory control
- Communicate with Warehouse workers to manage and control inventory effectively
b) General Affair / Facility Management
- Vendor Management & Voucher Process. Common List closing.
- Procurement & Office Supply Order & Management.
- Company Car Management. (Maintenance, Insurance)
- Leased item management (Copier, Fax, Scanner, Water Purifier, etc.)
- Company Phone (Land line / Cell) Management. & Monitoring
- Office related item management (Lease, Rental Rate, Layout, Construction, Furniture, Safety Plan, HVAC, Office Keys, etc.)
- Voice & Internet Line handling
- Comply with the Company’s policy
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required with at least 0 to 2 years of General Affair related work experience in a professional office or manufacturing environment
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration preferred
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as familiarity with Oracle
- Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to schedule and keep items of the office and duties prioritized
- Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic
- Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus
