Position:  Operator

Reporting to: Process Leader

Location: San Diego, CA                                                                   

Responsibility:

-          Inspection & Sorting.

-          Perform final checks on completed repair products by the quality standards

-          Entry data into the ERP system

-          Comply with repair procedures.

-          Responsible to meet Sorting TAT, Repair TAT, productivity and quality goals.

-          Order raw materials. Maintain material supply adhering to just in time repairing principles

-          Report Daily & Weekly Performance Result

-          5S (Workplace Organization)

-          Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.

-          Comply with the Company’s policy and procedures.

-          Other duties as assigned

Principle Duties and Responsibilities and Approximate % of Time Spent On Each:

-          Inspection & Sorting                                                          70%

-          Entry Data                                                                         5%

-          Make daily performance logs                                            5%

-          Clean work area                                                                 5%

-          Improvement activities                                                      10%

-          Other tasks                                                                         5%

Requirements:

-            Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-            Basic Knowledge of Electrical & Electronic theory

-            Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task

-            Ability to schedule and keep items of the office and duties prioritized

-            Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic
