Position: Accounting Manager (exempt position)

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 (depending on experiences)

Work Location: San Diego, CA 92108

Work Schedule: 07:30 AM – 04:30 PM (Mon-Fri)/ Some overtime required depending on the needs to the business

Responsibilities & Duties: The Accounting Manager (AM) is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The AM supervises a few staff accountants and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger creation/ preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. The AM will interact with various senior-level management teams and other business partners, which require strong interpersonal skills and superior communication skills both written and verbal in Korean and English. This position directly reports to the President of the company.

Minimum Requirements:

-          BA/ BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting/ CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

-          2-5 years of experiences in general accounting areas.

-          Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting.

-          Bilingual in Korean and English is a must.

-          Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
