Position Summary : Samsung Semiconductor, Inc, is world leader in Memory, System LSI and LCD technologies. We are currently looking for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Coordinator to support our LCD Service Center in San Diego, CA.

The primary purpose is to support LCD material and panel returns for both 3rd parties and cutomers in the North America territory. This position also assists with customer service resolution as needed.

Background / Experience : Minimum 1 year experience working in a sales support or customer service / related role required. Associate's Degree or equivalent required.

Korean speaking required. Prior experience working with Excel and SAP preferred.
