Position: Operations Coordinator
Location: San Diego, CA
Responsibility:
1. Greet and direct office visitors, answer main office telephone system, respond to direct requests for information and/or forward messages to appropriate employees.
2. Manage and maintain supplies, equipments, machines for offices and common areas in good condition
3. Support or coordinate corporate events, workshops and meetings, as scheduling, reservations, coordinating supplies and refreshments, etc.
4. Handle or support travel arrangement for Visitors and VIPs
5. Manage badges, key passes for employees and visitors
6. Monitor and guide all expenses including personal expenses
7. Support company budget planning including entertainment and welfare expense
8. Support to claim Corporate Card(s) expenses
9. Review and verify the invoices and original receipts from vendors/employees and send it to HQ with proper approval
10. Support Purchasing activities as assigned.
11. Maintain and update database as needed and provide monthly expense report to the manager
12. Support other Admin activities and office administrative duties as needed including typing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, control supplies inventory and etc.
13. Company Executive assistant
14. Comply with the Company’s policy and procedures
15. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience.
2. Requires bilingual speaking in Korean and English.
3. Must have some experience and skilled in the use of software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills
5. Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
6. Ability to schedule and keep items of the office and duties prioritized
7. Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic
