- Market research and benchmarking

- At least 5 years of solid experience in the field of web/solution
   service in US
- American who is available to work in Seoul, South Korea.
  (Korean language ability is not required)

- Employees of 450 people, provide good work environment.
- Five-day working week has been started since Jan, 2003.
- Provide benefit for social insurance program (so called 4 insurance
   in Korea), regular medical check-up, bereavement leave and
   annual leave
- Meal allowance for lunch as 6,000KRW is provided on working day.
   (In case of overtime work, meal allowance is additionally provided
   for dinner)
- Subsidize fee for book purchase which related with work.
- Flexible allowance as 800,000KRW for self-training and team building
   is provided annually.
- Every friday of 4th week is special leave which named as ‘Leave for
   leisure’. 100,000KRW is provided upon this leave for your leisure
   time.
