Brain Community Network Inc – Career Consulting & Educational Business- is searching for who can multiplay as Training Program Designer , Training Program Coordinator and Exercise Coordinator.

Brain Community Network is aimed to establish new era of academic consulting and to introduce new paradigm ranging from summer & winter camp ranging from elementary school to High School, Language Course, Application consulting for undergraduates and graduate school, major subject coaching in undergraduates and settlement support in the United States located in University Town Center, San Diego, CA.

The Training Program Designer (PD) will collect and analyze current program and do need analysis from current parents and school teachers which will be vital to build training program and design training program.

The Training Program Coordinator (PC) will survey and make agreement with -if needed- partners and sources to use to implement designed program.

The Exercise Coordinator (EC) will liaise with the Managing Director and take initiatives in implementing programs at hand. The EC will be responsible, under the direction of the Director Operations Manager, for the overall management of the programs and exercises assigned to him/her. He will attend and/or conduct pre-exercise briefings and planning meetings, and will maintain all documentation for each operation including all pertinent plans, message traffic, and briefing notes. The EC will liaise with range users and range support activities during the planning and execution of range operations.


Essential Job Functions
• Design training courses, both on-site and on-line, for professional development and non-technical skills training to include lectures, web-based programs and hands-on sessions.
• Works with applicable business unit/area to establish specifications of course, prerequisite skills and knowledge for trainees. Ensures that training courses address all levels of employee.
• Prepares lesson plans including developing and preparing training materials such as manuals, handouts, instructor guides and audio-visuals.
• Assists in conducting needs assessments to ensure training needs are met.
• Gathers, reviews and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions. Prepares recommendations and reports to senior level personnel and/or management.
• Reviews, as requested, external training programs to determine feasibility of purchase. Makes recommendations to management as appropriate.
• Collect and Manage external training programs and related data regarding universities and application and arrange them in order.

Qualifications
• Experience in Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science related field preferred
• Bi-lingual are preferred (English – Korean)
• Experience of training area, consultation, travel agency or university application consulting agency
• Experience working with communications practices, principles and procedures for both on-site and on-line presentations
• Experience working with instructional design and student learning and training methodologies
• Communication skills to develop training manuals and procedures
• Interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of vendors
• Personal computer and business solutions software skills
• Analytical skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability and desire to actively pursue learning opportunities in the training fields
• Willingness to travel
• Open minded
