Hello, I'm looking for a male roommate to replace me in my 1 bedroom house.
I'll be moving to another house by end of January and would like to find someone who is willing to replace me from February to August.
The house is 1 bed, 1 bath
Rent is $560 + Utilitiy (Less than $30)
before you move in, i'd like to negotiate the $550 security deposit with you.
The apartment is called La Jolla View, and it is located on Nobel across from Costa Verde apartments. It is very close to UTC and UCSD. There is a UCSD Shuttle stop nearby.
This is a non-smoking house and my roommate and I speak both Korean and English.
