Seeking a highly qualified person to serve as mentors, while encouraging and guiding international students to reach their academic goals in San Diego

Position summary

- Provide admission counseling to prospective students and be responsible for day-to-day communications with students in person, via telephone or email.

- Respond to immigration questions and coordinate time-sensitive application workflow

- Working directly with students in a role where answering general questions related to school admissions(Language School/College/Grad School)

- Basic proficiency with following software: Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Outlook.

- Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and organizational skills.

Preferred

- Proficient in Korean/English

- Experience as an admission counselor, student ambassador, orientation leader, study abroad or similar campus related work involvement preferred

- Bachelor Degree preferred

- Knowledge of common student enrollment systems/ relational databases.

- Must be able to work without sponsorship in the United States
