Inside sales
Sales Support position supports the sales team by ensuring all customer orders are processed and update all record in a timely fashion. Sales Support must be dependable, a self-starter with the ability to work with others and independently, take direction and complete tasks based on deadlines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides excellent sales and customer service support by accepting, acknowledging, entering, verifying and confirming all customer orders; Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and internal team members including operations, accounting, administration, and the sales department; Works closely with the sales team to ensure the day-to-day administrative requirements of the sales department are met; Answers incoming calls and provides callers with pertinent sales information; Continually studies industry ingredients, as well as the company’s existing and new products to expand knowledge base; Performs other duties as may be assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
Speaks English, Spanish is a plus Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Pays close attention to all details Prioritizes tasks and time Works independently, works well under pressure and meets deadlines Establishes and maintains honest, effective relationships with employees, customers, and vendors Has the confidence to communicate effectively Demonstrates excellent phone and email etiquette Utilizes relevant experience and resources to be productive and efficient in planning and executing work Orchestrates multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal Seeks input and advice from colleagues in order to receive more successful results pertaining to reports and projects. Focuses on the achievement of goals that produce results Eager to be part of a team-unit and cooperate in the accomplishment of departmental goals and objectives.EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Two - four years’ experience in an administrative role or similar position; experience in a sales department a plus.
