Resilient Flooring Specialist

Responsibilities:

Ø Organize and archive visual material, physical sample, order data, and technical information gathered by various suppliers, competitors and sales.

o  Organize visual asset including print film from print factory, color-matched print film, and specially ordered film or any visual material (digital files) sent from supplier and sales.

o  Organize physical sample including Master Sample, testing sample and sample for project based order

o  Organize order data and technical data

o  Organize and update product specification including packing info and any related test result data.

Ø Sample assistance

o  Dispatch approved samples

o  Manage tracking info to secure that sample delivers to the right place on time

Ø Product development/ product launch assistance

o  Assist the process of developing new product line including engraving new cylinders, developing print films, producing samples and final approval

o  Deliver info requested by Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales team

o  Assist development process for associated product including molding, stair nose, etc

o  Assist development process of all related documents including Installation Guide, Warranty, and Maintenance Guide by researching and analyzing documents

o  Assist timeline management to meet the product launch deadline and significant milestone

Ø Special project

o  Fill out Special Project order form by gathering info from the sales team

o  Gather sample materials for the project and dispatch them on time

o  Follow up on the delivery and the development progress

o  Archive all related data of specially ordered project

Ø Claim coordination

o  Coordinate with Claim Dept. to fill out the claim form and gather defected samples

o  Dispatch defected sample to the right supplier and track the delivery info

o  Archive claim related info

Ø Market research/ analysis assistance

o  Gather competitor’ marketing material

o  Assist market analysis and market research

Ø Coordinate logistics of product testing

Education

Ø Bachelor’s Degree or in process of acquiring a Bachelor’s Degree
