We are a small startup Biotech company located in Sorrento Valley looking for someone to help the company expand. We are a profitable company with a growing catalog of products. Our customers are leading researchers around the world looking for the next cure.
We are currently recruiting for a Fulfillment Lead to help us in the operations department. As a Fulfillment Lead, you will help with processing outbound shipments and organizing the warehouse. You will be responsible to help with product packaging as we are constantly adding new products.
Responsibilities:
• Process orders for the day (pick, pack and ship)
• Organize warehouse (put away, moving products from QC)
• Help implement custom packaging for new products
• Solver of problems
• Use systems software to help track, manage and ship
Requirements:
• 5+ years of work experience working in warehouse / fulfillment for role.2 years in biotechnology preferred
• 3+ years working as a lead
• Ability to work independently and likes to work with in a framework vs. micromanaged.
• Team Player
• Excellent communication (verbal and written)
• Extremely detailed - Ability to read, sort, check, count and verify numbers
• Lift up to 15 pounds
