Position Summary 

- SSI is a world leader in Memory, System LSI, and LCD technologies. We are currently looking for an Associate Manager, LCD Service in our San Diego, CA location. The position's primary responsibilities involve the support of LCD panel returns from both the field and customers.

Common Essential Duties & Resp.  

- Oversee all functions involved with RMA between customers and third paty.

- Track all incoming RMA's to customer in a timely fashion, measure.

- Maintain inventory counts forecast and buffer counts, order buffers, check scrap.

- Depot management of warehouse.

- Manage RMA related service issues with customers and set up RMA processes where needed.

- Commnicate with Customer and HQ regularly.

- Make decisions related to credit and manage 3rd party vendors.

- Assist with preparation of audits.

- Prepare RMA status for HQ daily.
