Job one: Housekeeping Manager

호텔/모텔 Housekeeper 청소랑 비슷하시다고 생각 하시면 되겠습니다.

  • 시간 flexible 하시고 (주말도 일가능하신분) (Availability on the weekend is a must)
  • 운전 문제 없으신분 (Reliable mode of transportation)
  • 청소경력 우대 (+ experiences in housekeeping)
  • 14/hr 트레이닝 2-4
  • 18/hr 트레이닝 (18/hr after training period is done)
  • 분까지 모집하겠습니다 (Hiring three diligent housekeepers)
  • Valid CA License with proof of insurance. 

 

Job two: Communication Manager

Our communications team is responsible for elevating Choi SD Inc. brand in the media and online; the ideal candidate will have a range of experience running high-performing digital campaigns and have excellent written and verbal skills. They will have a track record of success working across a variety of mediums, but especially paid and organic social media, email and long-form blogging platforms.

 

You will:

  • Create a digital communications plan for Choi SD Inc, providing for frequent content across a variety of platforms that serve both internal and external communication
  • Work cross-functionally to craft integrated online marketing campaigns that showcase partnerships, products, destinations and Choi SD’s unique and diverse employee culture
  • Celebrate the infinite beauty and diversity of the world by writing thoughtful and engaging content that surprises, delights and inspires our community

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • B.A. or B.S. from a 4-year university
  • 2+ years experience in digital communications with a track record of running effective, multi-faceted campaigns, with organic and paid components
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft tailored messaging for varying audiences
  • High degree of familiarity with social media and email marketing programs
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and large data sets
  • Ability to think creatively and work cross-functionally across a variety of mediums
  • Photography and graphic design skills a plus
  • A love for travel and fast-paced environments

 

 

Job Three: Customer Service Specialist

 

You will:   

  • Be the first point of contact for all our guests via phone, email and chat
  • Learn the ins and outs of our travel business so you can handle any questions guests have
  • Own the reservations process from start to finish
  • Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve guest issues in a timely and positive manner
  • Coordinate with our city teams to resolve issues on the ground and provide ongoing updates to guests

WHAT WE LOOK FOR: 

 

  • 2+ years of post secondary education
  • 2+ years of customer facing experience (Retail, Contact Center, Food Service Industry, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt in a rapid growth environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Personable and love speaking with others via phone, email, and chat
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Sense of Humor
  • Reliable mode of transportation
