Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Review logistic revenue and cost for closing
- Reporting financial performance
- Revenue forecast monthly and follow up Business plan
- Confirm billing invoice to client and payment invoice for vendor
- Control payment schedule and open balance statement
- Monitoring AR/AP status
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual Korean (Spanish a plus)
- 1+ years' experience in the accounting or logistics field preferred
- Demonstrates understanding of supply chain
- SAP experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge/ proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written(reporting) and oral communication skills
- Adaptable/flexible - able to multi-task
