 WJ & Company is looking for a Logistics Assistant Manager who will be responsible for inbound ocean forwarding who will provide support for transportation and fulfillment. Our well-regarded client in San Diego, CA is a multi-conglomerate company known all over the world.

Job Description

•Understanding of Forwarding (especially ocean inbound)

•Monthly cost analysis

•Monthly Inbound, Outbound and Inventory volume forecast/analyze

•Liaison between customer, logistics provider and procurement

•Fulfill customer / vendor information requests and communicate information

•Customer service and support to all clients and internal team members

•Strong communication skills with overseas agent, shipping line, trucker and customer

•MS office

 Qualifications

•Strong MS office (Excel. Power Point and word) skills must

•Strong communication skill

•2 to 3 years of logistic experience (Specialized in Inbound Ocean)

•Knowledge of General Logistics operation

•Experience with contract/ Rate negotiation

•Bilingual Korean-English is required
