Hourly RATE: Starting $20
JOB DUTIES:
- Phone Calls, Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- CEO/Executive Officer support
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team-based environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Bilingual English/Korean
