* Job Qualifications
Perform and lead by example all of the duties and responsibilities of the general Dispatcher job description.
Oversee the management of the time system policy for Field Technicians
Oversee the starting and ending points for all technicians
Ensure that all work orders are processed in a timely manner
Must have problem solving and troubleshooting skill.
Keep Service Manager informed of any customer having excessive service related issues, service calls on demo equipment, or any reports of customer dissatisfaction.
Schedule Field Technician in-house training.
Provide daily direction and communication to employees so that customer service calls are dispatched in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures to project coordinator
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and distribute the reports to team
Ensure employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs
Create and maintain high quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a strong work ethic and integrity.
Must be able to work in a team or individual work environment.
Must be self-motivated and perform duties with minimal supervision.
Must possess full proficiency with Microsoft WORD, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
