• Check email throughout the day and Assist customers with all requests via email

• Assist prospect customers with the information needed to purchase item

• Create weekly email marketing and send it to customers

• Communicate with other sales partner and update inventories

• Follow up with claims for lost / damaged items

Skills:

# Must have strong communication and writing skills

# Excellent computer skills, including MS Office products (Word and Excel).

​# Excellent data entry(type a minimum of 50 wpm) and system navigation skills
