3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 cups grated cheese (I use whatever I have in the house. sometimes I even replace some of the cheese with sour cream, cottage cheese or yogurt)
1 cup milk
100gr butter
1 tsp salt
 
mix everything and make balls...
then brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds
 
bake at 350 for 30 minutes or so (depending on size; but just look at the color)
