그 전 입주자 가 없었던 새집이구요. 2층으로 된 집이구요. 옷장방이 같이된 방과 샤워booth된 화장실을 독차지하실 분 찾아요.  여자분이어야 하구요. 한달 rent는 $950입니다. 비싸요?  유틸리티 포함이구요 항상 식사도 함께 하게요. 꼭 밥을 같이 먹는다는게 아니라 제 음식을 먹어도 됨을 말합니다.  냉장고 칸 정해놓고 니꺼 내꺼 가르고 나 먹을 때 모른척 하는게 아무래도 적응이 안될 것 같아서요.  전 초등 딸이 둘이라 먹을 걸 항상 준비해놓거든요.  같이 먹음 좋을 것 같아요.  식사에서 간식까지. 케이블도 제가 입주함 신청할 것이니 tv도 함께 보고요.  tv가 작지 않으니 별 문제 없을것 같아요.  거실에  새 가죽소파도 있더군요. furnished된 침대도 새것이던데 혹 쓰시던거 있으심 갖고 오셔도 좋아요.책상과 침대 램프도 갖추어져 있어요.  1000불로 올렸다 좀 내린거예요.  인터넷도 필요하심 회선 같이 쓰고 따로 신청안하셔도 되요.(랩탑만 가능할것 같음)
렌트비외엔 찔끔 찔끔 내며 결국 목돈 들어가던 잡비가 덜어질듯 한데 어떠세요?

This is a brand-new  furnished 1br/1bth.  Everything in the house is all new - new  berber carpet, new bed, new lamp.  A new bathroom has a glass shower booth. New big flat TV in the livingroom and a dining table in a diningroom/ new washer and dryer/ spacious walk-in closet with shelves and hangers.  It's two storied.

Utility is included.  Internet and TV cable can be included if you don't mind sharing with me.  And  believe it or not, I'd like to share food if you don't mind.  I'm not used to individual or seperate eating in a same property.  I'm not used to divide a section in the refrigerator.  I'd like to share all my food with you.  That's why I offer somewhat higher rent rate than the others. 
I have 2 elementary schooler daughters.  I have to cook meal for them anyway.
Don't waste much money eating out for every meal or stay fit with healthy Korean food.
