Position: Administrative Assistant (Full time)

Salary Range : 32K to 35K Yearly .

 

• Hyunda ENG America, Inc. is seeking a full-time administrative assistant to be part of our growing team. This position is to be based out of our San Diego office. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continuity and flow of our internal Workplace team (operations, experience, construction).

 



 

A successful candidate will be a fast learner, passionate, self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and be able to handle diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and be attentive to detail at all times. 

 

 



 

Job Description

 

• Manage the office work environment and office products, supplies, equipment, etc.

 

• Responsible for the day-to-day organizational tasks.

 

• Oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events

 

• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

 

• Meet with clients to work out event details and planning

 

• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

 

• Manage booking: location, entertainment, dining, guest list, venues, flights, etc.

 

• Assist Inventory manager in packing and arrange documents

 

• Assist sales team with conventions, events, meetings and business trips by coordinating all marketing materials

 

• Issue invoices and payments in a timely manner

 

• Create sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events

 

• May have to travel for business trips

 

• Manage documents such as invoice/packing list, etc 

 

• Oversee the life cycle of products, including preparation, shipping and receiving

 

• Manage back orders

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications/Desired Skills

 

• Bachelor's Degree in related field

 

• Able to multi-task and work independently

 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

• Able to manage time effectively

 

• Strong communication skills, ability to present event and ideas to client, vendors and staff

 

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint

 

• Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
