Position Summary:

The Project Management Intern will start by learning how the eCommerce engine runs.  In depth training will provide great insight and knowledge on various levels of sales, distribution, marketing, and more on top marketplaces in the world.  Once a basic understanding has been acquired, the intern will take over duties that require management of various projects happening every day.  These duties include, and are not limited to, communication between different parties; ensuring the deadline is met; status updates of various stages of the project; presentations to superiors.  We are looking for some dedicated and detail-oriented to ensure that projects are handled properly in all stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo internal training on project management process and methodology
• Coordinating project-related events
• Support on administrative aspects of proposal development
• Communicate effectively with all levels of internal staff
• Ensure a professional and consultative approach to all tasks is maintained
• Ensure information requested on projects is presented accurately and on time
• Maintain project management systems, including data management and filing
• Organize and maintain project-related diaries and ensure relevant administrative preparations for meetings are made
• Assist with capturing, monitoring, evaluation and learning data
• Assist with time management and expenses on the project management system
• Update capacity data on projects on a monthly basis
• Carry out research or summariseinformation on projects and present findings

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
