San Diego, Mission Valley에 위치한 물류회사인 Trinion America에서 Administration/ Management Support를 담당할 직원을 구인합니다.  

고용 기간은 3월1일부터 4개월간입니다.

. Job Duties: General Affairs & Administration Assistant

General Affairs & Administration

* Provide administrative support to Human Resources and Upper Managements

* Manage office environments (office supplies, devices, equipments, & assets), lunch & snacks,  etc.)

*Support, administer, and develop general affairs (company insurances, IT, PR, business travel, etc.)

* Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, etc.

* Other duties as assigned

 

II. Qualifications and Skills:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Proficiency in Korean or Spanish is a plus

* Self-motivated, diligent and hardworking

* Attention to detail with discretion

* Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability

* Professional individual who can build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues

* Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.

* Must be legally authorized to work in U.S

 

III. Form of Employment: Temporary/ Full Time

* Monday to Friday

* 7:30am 4:30pm
