Client Support Specialist (Bilingual – English/Korean) – Part time

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our virtual team to assist the financial planner.  We are passionate about personal freedom that comes with discipline and responsibility.  By working virtually, you can choose where and when to work, however, you should have strong work ethic, be able to manage your own schedule with complete follow through on tasks based on set expectations.

We are a financial planning and wealth management firm primarily serving professional women in science and technology.  We are dedicated to delivering clarity and confidence to our clients in reaching their financial goals to live the life of their dreams!  

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

·         ◆ Communicate with clients to obtain client records and financial documents

     ◆ Assist the clients to set up their personal financial website

·         ◆ Handle investment and insurance applications and manage the entire process

·         ◆ Handle client inquiries and service requests

·         ◆ Organize and maintain client records on CRM and secure the confidential data

·        ◆ Document and update client records based on interactions on CRM

·        ◆ Develop and maintain a basic knowledge of financial products and services

·         ◆ Handle other administrative duties

·         ◆ Be organized, thorough and attentive to details

     ◆ Excellent customer service skill

·         ◆ Skilled at computer and technology

·         ◆ Must be bilingual (English/Korean)
