Role as Back of House Team Members:

As Bibigo Kitchen’s back of house team members, you are responsible for prep, assemble, cook, quality check, proper hygiene, service, and cleanliness. Bibigo Kitchen’s expectations is to deliver fine dining quality of food and service to our guests. Our employees are to maintain clean work environment without sacrificing safety.

Job Description

·         Read and understand recipes and checklists

·         Assemble food orders timely and efficiently

·         Follow kitchen safety and sanitation policies and procedures

·         Consistently provide high quality food and guest services

·         Ensure the work area and equipment stay clean throughout shift

·         Ability to work under pressures

·         Have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask

·         Uphold company policies and procedures

Qualification

·         Knowledge of all kitchen equipment

·         California Food Handlers Card/ServSafe Certification

·         Be able to work in a standing/walking position for up to 5 hours

·         Ability to lift 50 lbs.
