안녕하세요,
San Diego 소재 물류기업에서 회계팀 Accounting Specialist (Entry - Junior level)구합니다.
Responsibilities
- Assist to prepare half-year compilation, year-end review/audit
- Consolidated financial statements, including subsidiaries F/S and international liaison office F/S
- Income tax provision by using tax worksheet
- Notes to consolidated financial statements
- Assist to prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Half-year/yearly closing
- Check and verify accounts payable records, prepares invoices, data entry, and files
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
- Assist to prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Assist to Report to and support top management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Flexibility to adapt and accept various tasks
- Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficiency in English or Korean or Spanish is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the US or H1-B sponsorship available
