1. Kitchen Manager 

Reports to: General Manager 
Department: Bibigo Kitchen Restaurant 
Job Type: Full Time 
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt 
Location: Fashion Valley, San Diego 

Job Description 
Job duties include but are not limited to the following: 
• Responsible for product quality 
• Complete and maintain daily produce, meat, seafood, and dairy orders according to consumption and performs weekly food inventory 
• Orders food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed 
• Create and roll out SOP’s to improve production efficiency and eliminate potential loss 
• Ensure team members are putting out a quality product with menu compliance 
• Maintain all product costs associated with the kitchen operations within budget guidelines by ensuring accuracy in ordering, receiving, security and inventory of all company property 
• Assist in development and use of budget and inventory control programs to maximize cost control and attainment of goals 
• Monitor and control labor cost through effective scheduling, training & retention of the team member 
• Ensure all Back of the House team members are properly trained and following Bibigo standard 
• Work closely with the Training Manager and General Manager in the development of the Back of the House Team Members 
• Carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Bibigo Kitchen policies and applicable laws 
• Ensure implementation and compliance with the safety and operating rules, recommending changes and improvements when necessary 

Basic Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of kitchen management or chef experience 
• Be able to communicate clearly with managers and team members 
• Strong management skills and a demonstrated ability to create and maintain highly efficient high-quality kitchen 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, always adapting to changes in as our company and guest needs evolves 
• ServSafe Certification 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs to a height of 3-4 feet 
• Must have P&L experience 

Preferred Qualifications 
• Proficient in MS Office. 
• Culinary or a related field is a plus

2. Service Manager

Job Description 
Job duties include but are not limited to the following: 
• Ensure exceptional guest service and address customer concerns in a timely manner 
• Provides a steady leadership presence on the floor and constantly interact with guests, Team Member, and vendors 
• Strong understanding of dining room dynamics and customer service guidelines 
• Enforce up-selling behaviors by ensuring that the guest is invited to enjoy beverages and desserts as part of the dining experience 
• Assist General Manager administering all in-restaurant records and procedures including inventory, daily/monthly checklist, security, and employee personnel files 
• Assist General Manager with managing administrative duties including scheduling, days off, section assignments, early outs, etc. 
• Assist General Manager with P&L including creating effective strategies to achieve sales target, stay within the budget, control labor cost and etc. 
• Develop Team Members and foster a team-oriented working environment 
• Resolves and reports all incidences between employee-employee and employee-guest including guest complaints and escalated issue 
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times 
• Ensure and train all front of the house team members to understand their roles & responsibilities and how they can contribute to quality customer service Bibigo kitchen provides 
• Maintain reports and records based on company standards and in full compliance with government regulations 
• Understand P&L and support General Manager control all aspects of financial data 
• Be an expert for all different positions in the restaurant with open availability 

Basic Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of restaurant or equivalent experience in the field 
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills 
• ServSafe Certification 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs to a height of 3-4 feet 

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Management, Culinary or a related field is a plus
