렌트 계약서
안녕하세요 하우스 렌트 하려고 하는데 주인이 에이전트 없이 직접하자고 하네요 솔직히 영어도 짧고 계약서를 보니 한두 페이지도 아니고 이쪽 이사온지 얼마안되서 아는 사람도 없고 좀 답답하네요 그냥 싸인을 해도 되는지.. ? 셰약서좀 한번 봐주시겠어요 감사합니다

특별한 건 없어 보입니다. 유틸리티는 물 빼고 다 내는 걸로 되어 있고, 집 보험 드셔야된다는 내용이네요.

Make sure that the landlord's name is publicly recorded on San Diego County tax assessor's office website (sdarcc.com) if indeed the landlord owns the property. Good landlords should show his or her photo ID (US government issued ID) to match to their ownership since the landlord wants to have a contract with you, without a third party (a Realtor) who can confirms it to you.
