We are seeking someone with a passion for accounting and finance for a full time position.

The position is responsible for all accounting and finance responsibilities as below.

Responsibilities

1. Assist to prepare half-year compilation, year-end review/audit

              - Consolidated financial statements, including subsidiaries F/S and international liaison office F/S

              - Income tax provision by using tax worksheet

              - Notes to consolidated financial statements

2. Assist to prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Half-year/yearly closing

3. Check and verify accounts payable records, prepares invoices, data entry and files

4. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial report

5. Prepare accurate reports for upper management

6. Perform other financial duties as required

Qualifications

* 3+ year(s) of relevant experience or Major in Accounting and/or Finance

* Bachelor Degree in accounting or related field

* Flexibility to adapt and accept various tasks

* Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability

* Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)

* Proficiency in English & Korean or Spanish is a plus

* Must be eligible to work in the US (영주권자 이상)
