Restaurant Management Company with 20+ years experience 

is seeking for an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team! 

Office is located in Carlsbad. Working hours will be 9 AM to 5 PM. Flexible schedule.

Pay rate will be determined during the interview. 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

·        Proactively manage communication (emails, phone calls, necessary follow-up)

 

 

·         Screen telephone or email inquiries, communicate messages, redirect calls and 

respond to urgent inquiries.

 

·         Maintain and manage multiple executive calendars, including recurring 

meetings, prioritizing appropriately and using good judgment in offering 

solutions to complex scheduling and meeting planning as needed.

 

 

·        Provide exceptional attention to detail in all efforts and outputs. 

Anticipate potential changes or shifts in priorities amidst simultaneous 

demands for attention

  

·         Uphold the strictest confidentiality on information gleamed as part of 

responsibilities. Handle highly confidential information and documents 

with discretion and confidentiality.

 

 

·         Complete projects, special assignments, other tasks and duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Requirement

 

Bilingual (English and Korean)

 

Office/secretarial experience preferred

US high school diploma

 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
