현재, UCSD 석사생 입니다. 9월달 부터 들어갈 수 있는 UCSD 근처 싱글방을 찾고 있으며, 버젯은 약 월 850불정도 (현재 거주중인 UTC area, house, single room 한달 렌트 기준) 생각하고 있습니다. 깨끗한 편이고, 주중에는 아침일찍 출근하고, 늦게 들어오는 편입니다 (약 밤 11시 12시). 비흡연자이며, 조용하게 지내길 원합니다. Parking spot 또한 제공되었으면 합니다.

Hi Everyone,

I am a first year Master student (UCSD). I am looking for a single rent, starting from September 2017. My budget would be around $850, which is based on the current expense I pay for a single room-rent from a house near UTC area. I am pretty clean, and I leave the house early and come back at late night during weekdays. I do not smoke, and I would like to prefer a quiet place. I also need one parking spot.
