A small, but successful CPA firm is looking for an experienced, part-time admin assistant
Job Title: Office Coordinator / Admin Assistant
Work Hours: 9:00am - 2:00pm, M-F
Responsibilities:
- General office administration/maintenance
- Create invoices and projects in firm's practice software
- Scan and copy documents
- Greet all visitors and receive phone calls at reception and receive mail/packages
- Responsible for keeping the reception, green room, kitchen, common areas, etc. neat and organized
- Maintain ordering, inventory, expense log, and restocking of office/production supplies and snacks/beverages
- Assist with in office events
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills, Korean not required
- MS Office proficiency
- Self-starter who identifies and improves company processes in addition to responding to specific requests
- Friendly personality, positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
*Receptionist, administrative or executive assistant experience is a huge plus
