구인: Admin for Windows Server and Exchange Server

Job location: New Jersey

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

 

  • ·         Operation of Exchange, Windows, Active Directory, GPO
  • ·         Basic operation of network
  • ·         Manage and maintain third-party email security / filtering solution
  • ·         Architect and manage new projects and deployment of infrastructure
  • ·         Provide level 3 support for the helpdesk (regarding Exchange / AD)
  • ·         Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using Exchange / AD
  • ·         Monitors Exchange / Active Directory server performance and mail routing.
  • ·         Provide internal documentation for daily operation
  • ·         Participate in project review meetings as needed.
  • ·         Work in a team environment and foster open communication to ensure knowledge transfer to team members.
  • ·         Participate in on-call after-hours coverage in case of emergency issue arises.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • ·         Bachelor’s degree required
  • ·         5+ years of experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, etc.
  • ·         5+ years of experience design, maintain and support a multi-site, high-availability Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 environment (HA, DAG, MSCS, etc.)
  • ·         5+ years of experience performing regular maintenance to ensure the system is secure, healthy, and fully redundant
  • ·         5+ years of experience with back up and recovering Microsoft® Exchange servers and databases
  • ·         Ability to serve as a Microsoft Exchange escalation resource
  • ·         Provide leadership and recommendations on improving overall IT systems and infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft® Exchange services
  • ·         Investigate and utilize Microsoft Exchange services to improve business operations or streamline business processes
  • ·         Basic Knowledge of ITIL (Change Management, Process Management, etc.)
  • ·         Physical requirements - must be able to lift 40 pounds
