근무 조건

Position: Administrative Assistant

 

Type: Part time

 

Schedule: M-F: 25hrs/week (5hours between 9am~6pm); we can be very flexible with the schedule

Job Site: Chula Vista, CA 91910

 

Starting Date: 2/1 or sooner

Compensation: $12.50/hr, sick leave, 401(k), paid holidays

 

 

주요 업무

·         Administrative/Team Support:

 

Take/screen phone calls, greet visitors Data entry Support managers for special projects, running errands as needed Filing documents, manage short and long term file storage Prepare shipments (FedEx/UPS)

 

·         Vendor Relations:

 

Place an order, process invoice, coordinate schedules with vendors, and find new vendors.

 

·         Facility Maintenance:

 

Keep the office, meeting rooms, breakrooms clean and well organized Check supplies and refill/replenish as needed

 

·         Office Supply Management:

 

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

 

 

주요 자격요건

·         Authorized to work in the US

 

·         Fluency in Korean and English

 

·         Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
