This is a Private Guesthouse that has its own entry. It has a mattress, lamp, desk, microwave, refrigerator and will be available immediately. It is about 640 square feet big with a separate kitchen and a full bathroom. This is a very nice place surrounded by a lot of fruit trees. You will be enjoying a very quiet family living neighborhood. You have your own covered parking spot for one car. Country feel and close to the shopping area, gas stations, Sprouts, Trader Joes, North County Mall, Lake Hodgesall within a couple minutes away. The place is accessible to CSU San Marcos and Palomar College and hwy’s 15 and 78.
The rent includes basic utilities- water, electricity, shared laundry, garbage services, Wi-Fi Internet and Cox Cable. The deposit is $400 and the rent is $700
