We are offering an
opportunity to enter the Fashion Industry right here in San Diego. This position
is for someone who is interested in learning about fashion shoes/footwear
industry. You will need to have both hand drawing and graphic work skills.
About our Company
We have over 30 years experience in the shoe industry in San Diego. We do in-house shoes design in San Diego and developing in China, India.
Our major customers is
Nordstrom ,Macy's Buckle, DWS, Journeys, Zappos, Belk.
Items: Women's Sandal,
wedge, pumps, boots, flat shoes.

Main Job & Requirements
1. Must be fluent in English; speaking & writing.
2. Should be familiar with sketching skill by hand & good at AdobeIllustrator & Photoshop program.
3. We will train you to learn our data base spec system.
4. Detail oriented & good organize skill must.
5. Must be team player.
6. Must have fashion, graphic design, product design education background.
7. This position will assist sr. designers, and R&D manager.

Remark
1. We are not supporting for any immigration process or any type of visa paper work.
2. This position is opened for entry level of person into the fashion shoe industry. so It will have a low payroll compare with LA area, however there is opportunity to grow.
3. You will be given a simple hand sketch / graphic skill test as an part of interview process.

자격 및 주요 업무
1. 팀원간에 의사소통응 위해 영어 사용이 필수 입니다.
2. 핸드 스케치, 어도비 일러스트, 포토샵 중 이상 수준으로 사용.
3. 스펙시트를 작성하는 데이터 베이스 시스템의 교육을 받을 것 입니다.
4. 상세한 정보를 바탕으로 하는 작업이 많아서 이를 잘 소화하실 수 있은 분.
5. 본사에 여러팀과 해외지사에 여러팀과의 협력 팀작업이 많으므로 팁웍에 강한분.
6. 패션
디자인 / 제품디자인 / 그래픽 /스쿨 졸업 예정 및 졸업자, 동종 1-2년 경험자,
7. 트레이닝응 위한 시니어 디자이너들과 매니저의 보조.
8. 만약 직접 제작하거나 제작에 참여한 실제 샘플이나 작품이 있으면 인터뷰시 지참 하시면 좋습니다. 꼭 신발이 아니여도 무관합니다.
