초등생 입학시 필요한 예방접종서를 어떻게 하나요?
현재 한국에 있고, 6월 12일에 미국으로 아이둘을 데리고 갈 예정입니다.
여기서 웬만한거는 예방접종했는데요..
(폐렴 예방접종도 했구요..)
미국에서는 페렴 예방접종이 기본 접종이라고 하던데..
한국하고는 기본접종이 틀린게 있는건가요?
여기는 뭐 BCG,DPT...간염 뇌수막염....여러가지있지만
미국에 가서 추가로 할게 있음 알려주세요..
접종확인서는 여기 아는 병원에서 발급받아가라는데
특별한 양식이 있는지,아님 그냥 의사가 알아서 몇가지에
싸인 받으면 되는건지..................

맞아야 하는 Immunization 은 다음과 같답니다.
Polio -4 doses at any age, but... 3 doses meet requirement for ages 4-6 if at least one was given on or after the 4th birthday; 3 doses meet requirement for ages 7-17 years if at least one was given on or after the 2nd birthday.
Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis-Age 6 years and under (Pertussis is required) DTP, DTaP or any combination of DTP or DTaP with DT (tetanus and diphtheria)
Age 7 years and older (Pertussis is not required) Td, DT, or DTP, DTaP or any combination of these 5 doses at any age, but... 4 doses meet requirements for ages 4-6 if at least one was on or after the 4th birthday. 4 doses at any age, but ...3 doses meet requirement for ages 7-17 years if at least one was on or after the 2nd birthday. If last dose was given before the 2nd birthday, one more (Td) dose is required.
7th gradeTd booster -1 dose not required but recommended if more than 5 years have passed since last DTP, DTaP, DT, or Td dose.
Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
Kindergarten-2 doses* both on or after 1st birthday
7th grade-2 doses* both on or after 1st birthday.
Grades 1-6 and 8-12 -1 dose must be on or after the 1st birthday.
Hepatitis B
Kindergarten -3 doses
7th grade -3 doses**
Varicella***
Kindergarten-1 dose or health care provider-documented varicella disease or immunity.
* Two doses of measles-containing vaccine required. One dose of mumps and rubella-containing vaccine required; mumps vaccine is not required for children 7 years of age and older.
** Two doses of the 2-dose formulation given at age 11-15 years along with provider documentation that the 2-dose formulation was used for both doses will also fulfill this requirement.

TB Test

아이들 접종중 폐렴 검사가 아니라 결핵 검사 가 필수 입니다. TB test(Tuberclosis) 결과 가 있어야 합니다. 양성인지 음성인지 확인되면 됩니다. 심지어 학부모가 학교에서 자원봉사를 원할경우에도 이 TB test 결과가 있어야 합니다. 참고 하세요.
