BILINGUAL INTERVIEWER WANTED
San Diego State University Foundation, Korean American Health Project is recruiting interviewers for their telephone study. This position will interview participants of Korean descent on health related topics; screen participants for eligibility and set appointments; interview participants in Korean and English; complete and organize paperwork. Work is in an office setting, primarily a phone bank. Will have to share space with other interviewers. May be noisy.
Applicants must be fluent in English and Korean. Be able to work nights and weekends. Excellent people and organizational skills. Ability to complete forms and handle paperwork; to report to work on time; follow directions from a supervisor; interact effectively with co-workers; understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; accept constructive criticism.
Interviewing experience preferred, but not required. Korean descent not a requirement.
Hourly rate of $10 -$12 between 20 - 40 hours per week. Most work will be done in the evenings and on weekends.
